Project Manager

The Project Manager is accountable for the project delivery, Project Performance, and commercial success by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction. The PM has overall responsibility for all the phases, functions, resources, schedules, and communications to ensure on-time delivery of the project.

Construction Manage

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation and construction project activities balancing the project deliverables vis-à-vis the resources, time, and multiple stakeholders.

Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent supports the Construction Manager in achieving the construction/ installation schedules of the project by coordinating with the key Construction Engineers of a discipline & the relevant subcontractors.

Supervisor/ Foreman

Overseeing the construction works and ensuring that they are by priorities and plans, ensuring project resources are adequately utilized while adhering to the quality, safety, and planning requirements.

Document Controller

Document Controller is responsible for the tracking, management, and overall control of project documentation. DC will handle material submittals, document transmittals, design drawings, and shop drawings for obtaining relevant signatures, and handing them to the project owner.

HSE Manager

The HSE Manager takes leadership in shaping the HSE strategy through collaborating with project stakeholders to continue the journey to zero harm by managing risk, eliminating, or minimizing harm and enhancing value while delivering on the business priorities. The HSE Manager leads the implementation and monitoring by leading the HSE function on site, determine priorities, allocate resources, and deliver assurance.

HSE Officer

The HSE Officer will maintain company compliance with health and safety laws responsible for establishing policies that will create and maintain a safe workplace. The safety officer must have excellent attention to detail to identify hazards; shall also be able to discover opportunities for improving conditions and execute various safety programs

HR Officer/ Site Admin

HR Officer/ Site Admin will work as a key HR Liaison to provide supports on employee relations, admin service, timekeeping functions, and staffing on a day-to-day basis to build a positive and diversified working environment. Conduct on-site new employee orientation and follow up on-job-training completion, review and involve in the disciplinary actions, act as an employee grievance window for any dispute cases, coordinate payroll and payslips distribution, and prepare all kinds of site HR related reports.

QA/QC Manager

The QA/QC Manager takes leadership in managing the quality management system. Develop and implement project specific quality plans, perform internal and external audits, manage client liaison and supplier quality performance and coordinate completion of all QA/QC activities.

QA/QC Inspector

Supports the QAQC Manager in implementing Project Quality Management Systems and compliance to contract, customer requirements, codes, and standards.

Permit Coordinator

Permit Coordinator works as the interface between permit issuing authority and Al Asab; fulfills all the mandatory requirements for online issuance of the permit; maintains a record of the total number of permits active in the field; reports to the HSE Manager and the Construction Manager.

Project Planner

Project Planner is responsible for ensuring the development of the master schedule for a complex/high-value project and specific detailed schedules to include a timetable, costs, and progress of construction. The Planner must be able to harness the capabilities of the latest software for Planning, costing and scheduling metrics and tools (work breakdown structure), collecting performance data (installed quantities, expended labour hours, and other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontract labour), tracking data (daily cost compilation and monitoring), analyzing and reporting (earned value, productivity, and risk analysis).

ENGINEERING JOBS

Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is responsible for the overall engineering (all disciplines) progress providing guidance on all design, engineering, and technical matters; monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with procedures and technical accuracy of engineering deliverables & support services.

Lead Engineer - Discipline

Lead Engineer is responsible for leading the Discipline of engineering and achieving effective management & coordination of engineering activities by evaluating, selecting, quality assurance, and applying standard design engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to support design decisions and modifications.

Construction Engineer (Discipline)

The discipline Construction Engineer ensures that the field fabrication and installation occur in line with the scope of work; is answerable to the construction Manager and oversees Sub-contractor’s field works; provides field support to the engineering and the project management team.

Job Performer/ Junior Engineer

Job Performer is responsible for the well-informed, safe, and complete execution of specific construction activities at the site and utilizes site workers for the construction work; has a responsibility of achieving daily construction targets.
