A Master of Business Administration, Mr. Burhan is an astute professional with more than 18 years experience in the construction industry and believes "Nothing is impossible", if you have the right approach and focus. His courageous nature and analytical approach enabled him to develop business strategies for the growth of the company on a sustained basis to ensure that the momentum of the development remains in tune with the vision of the Executive Chairman and MD. A bold and quick decision maker, Mr. Burhan has played a key role in taking AL ASAB to greater heights which is evident from the exponential growth and success of the company over the period of last 7 years since he joined the organization.

An Engineer and MBA with specialization in International Business Management, Mr. Prashant has 18 years of experience with some top notch construction organizations. With a positive attitude and innovative thinking, Mr. Prashant has devised and successfully implemented operating practices and execution plans which is evident from the on-time delivery of various projects, leading to increased customer satisfaction. He has contributed to the development of organizational structure with recruitment of right professionals and has introduced systems, procedures and methods leading to effective operating practices and played a key role in overall development of the company since he joined the orgnization in the year 2006.

An Engineer and MBA with specialization in Marketing Management, Mr. Ramesh has over three decades of varied, vivid, enriching and rewarding professional experience in Oman and other countries in the fields of Business Development, Project Marketing, Corporate Communications, Tie-ups, Agency Representation, Sourcing, Engineering Equipment Sales and JV Contracts formation in a multinational environment. Mr. Ramesh became the obvious choice when AL ASAB decided to expand its operations to cover Oman and tap his high-level connectivity and rapport with Clients, Ministries, Consultants, Embassies and statutory bodies in the business sectors of Infrastructure & Construction, Power Generation & Transmission and Oil & Gas, etc.
