o Develop and implement Quality Management programs in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standard requirements
o Monitor planning of all projects giving great consideration to the timely and safe completion of works
o Cooperate with accredited subcontractors in the case of subcontracts critical to the quality of the project
o Hold all levels of the management, supervision and staff accountable for quality assurance related issues
o Continuously improve the Quality Management System based on personnel need, market requirements and experience gained from operating activities
Keeping in mind this, the management vows to continuously improve the effectiveness of our system. This continuous improvement culture will increase value to our customers, resulting in market place success and improvement of overall company performance and capabilities.
